We offer some standard support contracts but we understand sometimes these do not fit your exact requirement.  We do not try and fit a square peg in a round hole.

 

We can tailor a contract to your exact requirement.  This process is accomplished by visiting you, seeing what IT infrsatructure you have.  We also like to speak to members of staff, managment teams and owners to get a feel for your business requirements.  We then discuss this with you, we get an idea of what you require, but this may not be what you want to pay for!  

This is how we can tailor the service exactly to what you require.  However this is not cast in stone and is regularly reviewed and can be changed at anytime.  We understand a business requirements change and we want the support we give to change with you.
