If your IT staff are on holiday or sick we can help.  For a fixed fee we can support your IT whilst your IT person is away.  This includes Telephone and Remote support and onsite visits.  We can tailor this for your specific need.  

 

The cost can be spread over the year and paid monthly.  

 

We do recommend that essential username and passwords are also given to management of the company to ensure we can react as quickly as possible.

 

The level of what we can provide is purely down to what you require.  We can visit regularly during the time the IT person is absent or be on the end of the phone!  The options are endless.
