Telephone and Remote Support
Our Sage support contracts for our range of Sage products include telephone support and remote assistance. If you would require a monthly visit on site built into these contracts we can accommodate your requirements. All customers taking up a new support contract are entitled to a free financial health check.
Pay as you go
We can offer a pay as you go service for those who have been using their software for a period of time and would just like the peace of mind of having someone available at the end of a telephone should they require it.
General Consultancy
This covers on site visits, if you need assistance with setting up a new system or if you require training for new or existing staff, would like us to attend a meeting to help with a new project that will affect your finance system. All time is charged on an hourly / daily basis.
