In today’s modern technology world it is inevitable that problems will arise within your IT infrastructure. So we can provide a variety of support options from fixed prices to time based support to suit your needs. Here is a summary of the support options we can offer.
Telephone and Remote Support
This is our entry-level contract. It covers telephone and remote assistance on any of your IT problems. A support call is defined as hardware or software that was working, but has since stopped or is not working correctly.
Onsite Server Support
Covers the most critical computer in your business, namely the server. It covers onsite visits for up to one day per incident included in the price. Additional time required to resolve the issue is charged at a reduced rate. Typically server issues are resolved within a few hours especially if preventative maintenance has been performed regularly. The price is per month per server. If you do not call us out within your contract period, a discount will be offered with your contract renewal.
Onsite Network Support
If your server and PC’s cannot communicate with each other but are working individually, this is the support contract required. This contract covers problems associated with the network, typically Broadband Routers, Firewalls, Network switches and cabling. Prices are charged per month. If you do not call us out within your contract period, a discount will be offered with your contract renewal.
Preventative Maintenance Visit
This contract is invaluable. We can attend site at an agreed interval and duration to ensure the server and PC’s are updated with the latest Windows security updates. We also ensure that the server has enough disk space, check backups, run a test restore and complete other relevant checks. Prices are charged per month and vary depending on the duration of the visit and the frequency.
Pre-Paid Consultancy
This is a way to have a monthly cost for consultancy. You may decide you want us for 2 days a year. We give you a discounted price and allow you to spread the cost of the consultancy over 12 months.
Tailored Contracts
We are able to adapt a contract to meet your specific requirements. If the above support options do not fit with your organisation we can tailor a support contract that does.
Holiday Cover for IT Staff
We are able to provide remote and onsite cover when the person responsible for IT is away on business, off sick, and holidays. We charge based on how many days holiday cover you require and split that cost over 12 months to give you a monthly fee. This is a discounted rate. Any unforseen cover required will be charged separately at the reduced rate.
All Inclusive Support
This is our latest support contract. We cover your IT for a fixed cost and it includes some extra benefits. Please click here for more details
